Most of my in-person consultations take place in my office. However, there are times when a home visit is requested, or in the best interest of the family. In these cases, Travel Fees will apply based on location and will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Yes! I am contracted with The Lactation Network who partners with some insurance companies in order to increase access to care. Find out if your insurance covers a visit with me HERE!

If your insurance declines to cover a visit with me, you will be responsible for a self-pay fee ($150 for initial visits, and $100 for follow ups). Should there be a situation where multiple follow ups are needed, a discounted package may be offered. Travel fees will apply to home visits.
After our visit, you will receive a Superbill, which serves as your receipt of payment. You may take this information to your insurance company and request reimbursement from them!

Diagnosing medical conditions are not within my scope of practice. However, I am trained to assess oral anatomy of an infant and how the structures within the mouth affect function and feeding.
During our visit, I will assess latch (breast and/or bottle), positioning, signs of milk transfer, and perform an oral assessment. If the visit is virtual, the family will receive instruction on how to perform assessment under my guidance. Should there be any concerns, the family will be thoroughly educated and referrals to appropriate providers will be made.
A care plan will be formed with the family and close follow ups to ensure they are supported in their oral motor journey.
